### "Home Improvement" Star Zachery Ty Bryan Arrested for Second Felony DUI This Year

Actor Zachery Ty Bryan, best known for his role in the television series "Home Improvement," has found himself in legal trouble once again. Authorities in Custer County booked the actor on October 25 for allegedly driving under the influence and failing to produce a valid driver's license. This recent arrest marks his second DUI charge of the year.

Earlier this year, in February, Bryan faced a similar fate in La Quinta, California. He was arrested for a felony DUI charge and a misdemeanor for alleged contempt of court. Following that incident, he was able to secure his release the same day by posting a combined bail of $65,000.

Reports from TMZ note that Bryan already has three or more previous DUI offenses on his record. If convicted of this latest charge, he could be sentenced to up to three years in prison. The report further alleges that Bryan refused to take a sobriety test and was involved in an accident that caused property damage.

This latest arrest adds to a series of legal issues for Bryan. Just last year, he faced a domestic violence charge, and in 2021, he pleaded guilty to two felony counts in another domestic violence case in Oregon. For the latter, he was sentenced to three years of probation and required to join a batterer-intervention program.
