- A Flash Flood Warning is now in effect for Harris County and parts of Montgomery County until 7 p.m.
- Brownsville Police received calls of a man driving around threatening migrants at the shelter with a gun. They have a person in custody and are investigating the incident. The shelter is located across the street from the crash scene.

- 4:37pm - Tornado Warning for the storm along the TX-LA border along I-10! Folks seek shelter in the path of this storm, which will be confined to Louisiana in a few moments.
- Shelton View Elementary remains in lockdown, following threat by phone (from out of state). All school children and staff are SAFE. Officers were at school within 1 minute, went room to room to clear/secure buildings. School will soon coordinate reunification with parents.
- A BC Wildfire Service Incident Management Team has arrived in Hinton, Alberta. The Incident Management Team will be assuming command of the Pembina Complex, which covers the Edson and Rocky Mountain House Forest Area, to provide relief to Alberta Wildfire staff.
- Police investigating a shooting at Von Tobel Middle School at 2436 N. Pecos Road. An adult was struck by gunfire and has been transported to UMC. This incident is still active, but there appears to be no further threat at this time. The suspect is still outstanding.
- City of Lawrence police on the scene of a shooting reported *inside the Dollar Tree on Pendleton Pike near N German Church Road.
