- Philly Police on N College Ave where a 35yo woman was shot & now in critical at Penn Presbyterian. Officer Involved Shootings Investigations Unit says Philly Co Courts officer was serving eviction notice which escalated into the shooting.
- Crisis negotiators on scene communicating with a woman police say is barricaded in a car with a gun. Richmond Hwy has been closed more than 20 hours, from Lockheed Boulevard to Boswell Avenue. Some businesses along the stretch are also closed.
- The massive police presence in Oakland continues, but there’s no evidence of an active shooter, per Pittsburgh Public Safety officials. Pitt’s campus remains on lockdown.
