- No casualties were reported, but Russia’s shelling of the Krasnopillia community damaged one house and one farm building. Sumy Oblast Military Administration also reported that Ukraine’s air defense shot down one target over Sumy overnight on Feb. 22.

- MINNEAPOLIS: Shooting - near E. Lake St. & 43rd Ave. S. - Male victim reported to be shot in the back. Suspect described as an unknown-male wearing a light grey jacket, last seen on foot eastbound through a parking lot. Officers are on scene with the victim inside Speedway.
