- Major situation happening on Canal St near Warren Easton. I’ve seen SWAT, NOPD, FBI, US Marshals. Also see helicopters and drones. Traffic being diverted from the area. The school has confirmed to me they are on lockdown until the situation is resolved. Students are safe
- Euless Police are investigating in the area of Oakwood Terrace Elementary. Students are safe and officers are present in and around the school. Parents do not need to respond to the school. However, there has been an area established for parents at 508 Simmons, Carr Park.
- DPD investigating a shooting on 300 block over Overton road. Officers say a juvenile was shot and taken to the hospital. They’re now searching for the shooter in area near Renaissance Park. Sources say nearby South Oak Cliff HS is on lockdown.
- An active police scene on Mayo in New Orleans East. Police source says a constable was shot and wounded while possibly delivering an eviction notice.
- Houston Fire is currently on scene at 2400 Karbach St. performing an offensive attack after receiving reports of an office building on fire. No FF or civilian injuries have been reported. Please avoid the area due to heavy emergency traffic.
- ALERT: RCSD is on scene at Blythewood High School after receiving a report that a gunshot was fired. Deputies are securing the school and evaluating the credibility of the threat at this time. Stay clear of the area as it is congested
