Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff has urged Red Bull for "more transparency" after the company dismissed a complaint of inappropriate behavior against their team principal, Christian Horner. A female colleague had raised the concern, leading to an investigation conducted by Red Bull, which they claim to have carried out fairly and rigorously. However, the details of the investigation remain confidential.

Wolff emphasized the need for openness in addressing such critical issues within the sport, stressing that clarity is essential. McLaren Racing CEO Zak Brown also suggested that the FIA should request full disclosure of the investigation from Red Bull to ensure transparency and alignment on the outcome.

Red Bull spokespersons have refrained from disclosing further details, citing the privacy of all parties involved in the investigation process. Despite the gravity of the accusations, Horner, 50, continues to deny the claims and expressed relief that the process has concluded. The FIA acknowledged the matter as an internal employment issue and emphasized Red Bull's assurance of a thorough investigation.

As the F1 community grapples with the aftermath of the complaint, questions surrounding the transparency and handling of sensitive matters within teams and the sport at large continue to linger. The call for openness and accountability in addressing allegations of misconduct remains a focal point of discussion in the paddock.
