Red Bull Formula One team principal Christian Horner has been cleared of allegations of inappropriate behavior following an external investigation triggered by a female employee. Red Bull GmbH confirmed on Wednesday that the grievance against Horner has been dismissed after a hearing conducted by a King's Counsel on Feb. 9 in London.

The investigation, which concluded just ahead of the season's first race in Bahrain on Saturday, involved interviews with the complainant and other team members. Horner, who has led Red Bull Racing since 2005, denied the allegations at the launch of the team's new car for the 2024 season two weeks ago and during preseason testing in Bahrain.

Parties such as F1, the FIA, and Ford, Red Bull's future engine partner, had urged for a swift resolution to the investigation. Meanwhile, Red Bull is confident in the fairness and impartiality of the process and continues to uphold high workplace standards.

Driver Max Verstappen expressed his focus on car performance and trust in the ongoing process without delving into the details, stating that he has learned the importance of patience over the years. Seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton highlighted the significance of handling the investigation transparently and in alignment with the values of the sport.

With this resolution, Horner can resume his role as team principal as Red Bull Racing gears up for the upcoming F1 season.
