Duke, with a record of 24-7 overall and 15-5 in the ACC, will enter the tournament as the No. 2 seed. Although they fell short in the race for the regular season title, the Blue Devils remain a formidable force and will surely pose a significant challenge to their opponents.
The ACC Tournament, now in its 71st edition, is set to take place at the Capital One Arena in Washington, D.C. This is the third time the tournament will be held in the nation's capital, with UNC claiming victory the last time it was played in Washington in 2016.
Virginia, with a record of 22-9 overall and 13-7 in the ACC, secured the No. 3 seed in the tournament. Meanwhile, the surging Pittsburgh Panthers, with a record of 21-10 overall and 12-8 in the ACC, will enter as the No. 4 seed, earning a coveted double bye in the tournament for the first time in the program's history.
On the other end of the bracket, NC State (17-14, 9-11) is the 10th seed and is set to face off against the 15th seed Louisville in the opening round on Tuesday. Both teams will compete fiercely for a chance to advance further in the tournament.
