Greg Paquette, one of the men thrown off the boat, shared his experience during an interview with Good Morning America. "All of this is happening, from the whale hitting the boat to us being in the water, is four seconds. Teenage brothers, Wyatt and Colin Yager, happened to be in a nearby boat when the incident occurred. They captured the astonishing moment on video and sprang into action to aid the stranded boaters. Wyatt Yager described the initial shock of witnessing the whale's impact, saying, "It was a second of, 'Oh man, what just happened?' It was a complete shock. And then, immediately, just drop everything and go get those guys out of the water."
