Governor Tim Walz of Minnesota, who has been selected as the running mate for Kamala Harris in the upcoming 2024 presidential election, is set to make a campaign stop in Colorado this week. This visit will mark the first time that Governor Walz is conducting solo stops since joining the Harris campaign just one week ago.

With the campaign season being unexpectedly shortened, Harris and Walz are wasting no time in getting their message across to voters. In a recent announcement, it was revealed that Governor Walz would be delivering remarks at a union convention in Los Angeles on Tuesday before heading to Denver on Wednesday for a campaign reception.

Following his visit to Denver, Governor Walz has scheduled two more trips along the East Coast. First, he will be visiting Boston later on Wednesday and then heading to Newport, Rhode Island on Thursday.

As of now, the specifics regarding the location and timing of Governor Walz's visit to Colorado have not been disclosed. However, the campaign is expected to release further details in the coming days.

Interestingly, former President Donald Trump, who is running for re-election against Harris, recently made a stop in Aspen. It is worth noting that J.D. Vance, the Republican counterpart to Kamala Harris and Tim Walz, has not yet made any campaign stops in Colorado.

Governor Tim Walz's campaign visit to Colorado comes as part of a larger effort to gain support and rally voters across the country. With the 2024 presidential election fast-approaching, both Democratic and Republican candidates are engaged in a fierce campaign battle for the hearts and minds of the American people.
