### IDF Unveils Hamas Weapon-Manufacturing Facility Hidden Amid Civilian Population in Gaza

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) recently released video footage documenting the discovery of an underground Hamas weapons-manufacturing facility in central Gaza, strategically hidden beneath a civilian area near Zeitoun. This covert facility housed workshops and a multitude of supplies used to produce rockets, shells, and grenades. After its discovery, engineering troops swiftly dismantled and destroyed the site.

The IDF revealed that the facility included diving equipment, hinting at Hamas's plans to possibly infiltrate Israeli territory via sea routes. The footage disclosed by the IDF showcases soldiers navigating through a lengthy tunnel leading to the center of operations. This tunnel was equipped with amenities such as an oven, stove, food supplies, beds, and offices, indicating its use for extended habitation by Hamas operatives during the conflict.

In a statement, the IDF elaborated, "Engineering troops, under the command of the Southern Command, in cooperation with the Yahalom Unit and the Ministry of Defense's Engineering and Construction Directorate, located and dismantled the tunnel route, damaged weapons production capabilities, and thwarted another attempt by the Hamas terrorist organization to rearm."

On the same day the footage was released, Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei promised a "tooth-breaking" response to actions taken by both Israel and the United States. Kamal Kharrazi, a top adviser to Khamenei, also made a significant statement regarding Iran's nuclear strategy. He mentioned that Iran might reconsider its nuclear weapon policies if faced with an existential threat, asserting, "If an existential threat arises, Iran will modify its nuclear doctrine, we have the capability to build weapons and have no issue in this regard."

Furthermore, Israel has reported the elimination of two Hezbollah commanders, Mousa Izz al-Din and Hassan Majid Daib, who were accountable for over 400 attacks against Israel in October. The IDF identified these commanders' deaths as a significant achievement, particularly highlighting Daib’s involvement in the projectile fire toward Haifa Bay on Thursday. The operation took place in Lebanon’s Tyre region, reinforcing Israel's ongoing efforts to neutralize threats from surrounding hostile entities.
