**Taylor Swift Chooses NFL Game Over Kamala Harris Rally**
In a surprising turn of events, American singer Taylor Swift opted to attend an NFL match instead of appearing at Kamala Harris's closing rally in Pennsylvania. Harris, who was contesting against Donald Trump for the US presidency, had anticipated Swift's support at her crucial final campaign event. However, the pop icon's seat remained vacant as she chose to watch her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, play for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Initially, Swift had publicly endorsed Harris and her campaign in September, which led to significant buzz around her potential appearance at the rally. Speculations were rife that her attendance would boost Harris's campaign. But a day before the event, it was disclosed that Swift was not listed as a guest, and her priorities became clear when she showed up at the Arrowhead Stadium wearing a Chiefs jacket.
Swift was accompanied by her mother Andrea and Kelce’s mother Donna, arriving an hour before the game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Also joining them was Brittany Mahomes, wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
The Kansas City Chiefs continued their unbeaten run with an 8-0 record after a narrow 30-24 win over the Buccaneers, a game that went into overtime and saw Mahomes overcoming an early injury scare.
Swift's appearance marked the finale of her US performances in "The Eras Tour" before she heads to Canada for more shows. As her tour wrapped up, she encouraged her fans to participate in the election, posting on Instagram: "Couldn't have asked for a more magical way to end our US shows on The Eras Tour."
