In a series of alarming incidents, a string of robberies has occurred at several convenience stores in Orange County, with authorities suspecting a connection among them. The targeted areas include Orange, Anaheim, and Fullerton.

According to Anaheim Police, in each case, a group of robbers entered the stores and swiftly stole cash before making a hasty escape in a dark-colored SUV. The crime spree commenced on Sunday at approximately 10 p.m., with a heist reported at a 7-Eleven on East Street in Anaheim. Merely 20 minutes later, another robbery took place at a Shell gas station convenience store on La Palme Avenue, also in Anaheim.

The disturbing trend continued into Monday morning, as a Circle K on Riverdale Avenue in Anaheim fell victim to yet another robbery at around 1 a.m. Shortly after, a robbery was reported on Glassell Street in Orange. Notably, an overnight incident transpired at a 7-Eleven on Orangethorpe Avenue in Fullerton, wherein three to four robbers swiftly snatched a cash box and made a rapid exit from the store.

Adding to the concerns, security camera footage from a 7-Eleven on Artesia Boulevard in the neighboring Los Angeles County community of Bellflower captured at least four robbers brazenly stealing cash. The video recordings showed some of the robbers leaping over the clerk's counter. Although it remains unclear whether this crime is connected to the Orange County robberies, authorities are diligently investigating any potential links.

Law enforcement agencies across Orange County are working together to apprehend the individuals involved in these heinous acts and are urging residents and store owners to remain vigilant.
