In the latest development concerning Sean "Diddy" Combs, former model Crystal McKinney has filed a lawsuit accusing the artist and mogul of sexual assault. McKinney alleges that Diddy forced her to perform oral sex at his New York studio in 2003. This is the sixth major complaint against Diddy in the past six months.

According to the complaint obtained by Pitchfork, McKinney met Diddy at a fashion event when she was 23 years old. She claims that after being invited to his recording studio that night, she was pressured into consuming alcohol and marijuana, which she suspects may have been laced with a narcotic or similar substance. When she became intoxicated, McKinney recalls Diddy leading her to a bathroom, where he kissed her against her will. The lawsuit states that he then forcefully pushed her head down to his crotch and demanded oral sex. McKinney asserts that she refused initially, but Diddy physically forced her to comply.

McKinney alleges that she passed out shortly after the incident and woke up later in a cab, realizing that she had been sexually assaulted. The lawsuit has been filed under New York's Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act and includes Universal Music Entertainment Group as a defendant, which has not provided any comment at this time.

Diddy's legal team did not respond to a request for comment regarding McKinney's accusations. In recent months, a series of accusers have come forward with claims against Diddy. Last November, his then-girlfriend Casandra Elizabeth "Cassie" Ventura filed a sexual assault lawsuit, which was quickly settled. In the same month, two separate lawsuits were filed by women alleging rape and sex trafficking and revenge porn, respectively, both occurring in the 1990s. In December, another lawsuit claimed that Diddy sexually assaulted a 17-year-old high school student in 2003. In February, music producer Rodney Jones Jr., also known as Lil Rod, accused Diddy of sexual assault, grooming, and other misconduct. In March, Diddy's homes were raided as part of a Homeland Security investigation into federal sex trafficking.

Diddy's legal team has denied most of the charges brought against him, including Cassie's initial allegations. However, following the release of a video showing Diddy assaulting Cassie in 2016, Diddy issued an apology last week.

If you or someone you know has been affected by sexual assault, it is important to seek support and assistance.
