### Multiple New Lawsuits Filed Against Sean "Diddy" Combs Alleging Sexual Misconduct

In a significant escalation of legal challenges against Sean "Diddy" Combs, six new accusers have filed lawsuits in New York, alleging rape, sexual abuse, and sexual assault. The claims, brought forward by two Jane Does and four John Does, span incidents from 1995 to 2021, including the sexual assault of a minor and multiple allegations of rape. Texas-based lawyer Tony Buzbee, representing 120 alleged victims, announced these lawsuits earlier this month.

Several accusations revolve around the infamous parties that Combs, 54, was renowned for hosting throughout his three-decade-long music career. The lawsuits implicate Combs' various business entities, with specific cases involving well-known companies. One John Doe alleges sexual assault by Combs in a Macy's store in 2008, listing the department store as a co-defendant. Another Jane Doe claims Combs raped her in a Marriott hotel room, also naming the hotel chain in her lawsuit.

Tony Buzbee disclosed at a press conference on October 1 that he is representing 120 accusers with diverse allegations, including "violent sexual assault or rape," "facilitated sex with a controlled substance," and "sexual abuse of minors." Buzbee expressed his commitment to revealing all enablers behind these alleged actions and emphasized the thoroughness of their approach.

Combs has categorically denied all allegations. His attorney stated that multiple lawsuits wouldn't change the fact that Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone and highlighted the necessity of a fair judicial process to uncover the truth. The lawyer expressed confidence that Combs would be vindicated in court.

These lawsuits follow Combs' September arrest and arraignment on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution. Combs remains in custody at Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center, with his criminal trial scheduled for May 5.

The accusations are appalling and varied. One Jane Doe remembers meeting Combs at a photoshoot and being invited to a party, where she and her friend were taken to a hotel bedroom, locked in, and assaulted by Combs. Another John Doe recounts a 2021 party where he was drugged, disoriented, and then assaulted by multiple men, including Combs.

Situations of alleged abuse span various locales and contexts. One man alleges that in 2008 he was attacked in a Macy’s stockroom by Combs and his bodyguards, brutalized, and then sexually assaulted. Other disturbing incidents include assaults at industry parties and private encounters that stretch over decades.

Another incident dates back to a 1995 promotional event for a Biggie Smalls music video, where a woman claims Combs raped her in a bathroom. A 1998 party incident involves a minor being instructed to expose himself to Combs, allegedly resulting in an assault that has caused lasting emotional torment.

These mounting civil cases against Combs highlight a series of severe allegations spanning many years, reflecting a troubling pattern of alleged sexual misconduct pervasive in varied contexts.
