**Paul Rudd Surprises Pennsylvania Students, Hands Out Water to Voters in Long Lines**

In an unexpected visit, renowned actor Paul Rudd made waves at various universities in Pennsylvania by personally distributing water bottles to students who were enduring lengthy waits to cast their votes. The "Ant-Man" star was first spotted at Temple University in Philadelphia by MSNBC National Correspondent Jacob Soboroff during a live broadcast.

“Hey, Paul, I’m on live with Nicolle Wallace on MSNBC!” Soboroff exclaimed as he hurried over to the actor, eager to understand what motivated Rudd's actions. “I just wanted to give people water,” Rudd explained with a smile. “They’re waiting in line for a long time, and it’s a wonderful thing that so many young people are showing up to vote.”

With some students reportedly waiting up to two hours to cast their ballots, Soboroff informed Rudd of the dedication seen at the polls, to which Rudd responded, “That’s impressive.” He went on to express his admiration for the students, saying, “We’ve been doing lots of stuff today here in Pennsylvania. We wanted to come out and tell these students they’re doing really great things.”

When questioned about his thoughts on the election, Rudd humorously replied, “I feel good about handing out some waters!” Soboroff continued his reporting by speaking with a first-time voter, a young Black woman, who shared that her decision had been clear from the start. “It’s been ready to go, out the gate,” she said confidently. “I didn’t need to hear people talking in my ear.”

Rudd joined the conversation briefly to offer the young voter a bottle of water, which she eagerly accepted, asking Soboroff to capture the moment with a photo. Rudd's day of encouragement didn’t stop at Temple University. He also visited Villanova University, showing his support for another group of students braving the wait to vote.

This isn’t the first time Rudd has stepped up to support voters. During the 2020 election, he garnered attention for distributing cookies to voters standing in the rain in Brooklyn, New York.
