The July update, known as the "Cool Retreat Update," aims to provide players with a more rewarding and relaxed gaming experience as they progress towards Tier 4. One of the major additions in this update is the introduction of a Solo Mode, allowing players to tackle Lost Ark's main content, raids, and dungeons alone. This new mode caters to those who wish to practice raid mechanics before attempting them with a group or prefer navigating the game's party-finder system at their own pace. Solo Mode will support raids starting from the Valtan Legion Raid to the Ivory Tower Abyssal Dungeon, offering players progression materials and rewards, albeit in reduced quantities compared to normal raids.

September will mark the arrival of the "Endgame Evolution" update, where Tier 4 will finally make its debut. Players will venture into the mysterious land of South Kurzan, encountering signs of Kazeros' resurrection. The new story arc focuses on reuniting with the allied forces of Arkesia to prepare for the inevitable battle against Kazeros, the Lord of Abyss and the father of demons. The update will introduce a 16-player raid against Behemoth, providing Tier 4 materials and weapon Transcendence to victorious players. Additionally, new T4 gear in Relic and Ancient levels will be added, with advanced honing, elixir, and transcendence settings preserved from the previous tier.

Exciting changes await players in the Endgame Evolution update, with the inclusion of new engravings, relic engravings, and T4 gems. Ability stones will also see an upgrade, and the refine/reforge system will allow players to imbue basic effects into their accessories. The introduction of the perfect block system will enhance combat mechanics, offering players more strategic choices during battles.
