**Kamala Harris Admits Weaknesses Amid Growing Support for Trump**

During a CNN town hall this week, Vice President Kamala Harris admitted she struggles with on-the-spot questions, a statement that comes as recent polls indicate a shift in voter preference towards former President Donald Trump. When retail worker Joe Donahue questioned Harris about her weaknesses and plans to address them, she candidly acknowledged her tendency to need thorough research before responding to specific policy questions.

Harris, 60, confessed, "I'm not always quick to have the answer on a specific policy issue because I like to research it first. Some might call that a weakness, especially in an interview or when you're expected to have the answer right away. But that's how I work."

Additionally, Harris suggested she sometimes relies heavily on her team for decision-making, which she believes can be seen as both a weakness and a strength. "I value the input of my team, who bring diverse perspectives to the decision-making process," she said, emphasizing the importance of collaboration.

Her remarks came as new polls suggested a tilt in the race for the White House in favor of Trump. A Wall Street Journal poll released on Thursday showed Trump ahead with 47 percent of registered voters' support compared to Harris' 45 percent, marking a reversal from previous polls in August.

Other surveys, such as the CNBC All-America Economic Survey, also reflected this trend, with Trump leading at 48 percent against Harris' 46 percent nationally. In key battleground states, the poll showed Trump with a slight edge, holding 48 percent to Harris' 47 percent. Economic concerns, particularly issues like inflation and the welfare of the middle class, appeared to heavily influence voters' preferences, with many believing they would be better off financially under a Trump administration.

As the election approaches, both candidates are ramping up their campaigns. Trump is currently focusing his efforts in Nevada, while Harris, alongside former President Obama, will rally in Georgia before heading to Texas. With over 29 million ballots already cast, the final outcome remains highly anticipated.
