**John Daly Praises Trump’s Leadership Following Presidential Victory**

Golf legend John Daly has openly celebrated Donald Trump’s recent presidential victory, lauding him as the leader the country needs. In an appearance on "Fox & Friends," Daly emphasized the significance of Trump’s win, especially as various celebrities struggle to accept the election outcome. Daly asserts that Trump’s America-first leadership is essential for the nation’s well-being.

Daly passionately spoke about Trump’s impact during his first term, describing his actions as nothing short of miraculous. “Our country needs Daddy Trump,” Daly stated, reflecting on the accomplishments of Trump’s previous presidency. “What he did for four years was a miracle. He got us out of a lot of things. All he wants to do is protect our country. It’s like we want to protect our kids and our family. Daddy Trump wants to protect America, and he's going to do it again.”

The announcement of Trump’s victory came early Wednesday morning after he swept key swing states such as Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and North Carolina. As of Friday, Trump had secured 295 electoral votes and held a significant lead in the popular vote, surpassing Vice President Kamala Harris by 4 million votes.

Daly attributes Trump’s success to a widespread voter desire for a return to an America-first agenda that emphasizes the safety and needs of its citizens. He also addressed reactions from various celebrities including Cardi B, LeBron James, Billie Eilish, and Mark Hamill, who have expressed dismay over the election results. Daly contended this focus on national security by saying, “You’ve got to protect our borders. You’ve got to protect the American citizens. You've got to protect the family before you can protect anybody else, and that's what 'daddy' wants to do.”

Highlighting issues such as gang activity and immigration tensions, Daly argued, “Protect them first, and then we can worry about... a lot of other stuff outside of the United States." Daly, who shares a personal relationship with Trump through the world of golf, recalled a conversation from 1992 where Trump predicted his future presidency. Describing this moment, Daly said, “We sat on the back porch for about four hours, and... I'm drinking Jack Daniels and Diet Cokes and he's drinking Diet Cokes, and we talked, and he loves golf. He is passionate about golf, but when he got up, he says, 'One day I'll be the President of the United States.’”
