Iowa Hawkeyes to Celebrate Remarkable Women's Basketball Season

The University of Iowa Athletics Department has announced that an end-of-season celebration will be held on Wednesday, April 10th at 6 p.m. (CT) at Carver-Hawkeye Arena to honor the women's basketball team for their impressive run as NCAA runner-ups.
During the event, fans will have a chance to hear from P. Sue Beckwith, MD, Head Women's Basketball Coach Lisa Bluder, and the team's remarkable student-athletes. Among the players expected to speak are National Player of the Year Caitlin Clark, as well as seniors Molly Davis, Sharon Goodman, Kate Martin, and Gabbie Marshall.
The celebration will also feature the team's trophies on display, accompanied by the Iowa Spirit Squad, Herky, and the Iowa Pep Band, creating a vibrant and exciting atmosphere for attendees.
The Hawkeyes made history this season, securing their spot in the Final Four for the second consecutive year and the third time in program history.
