Hanover, New Hampshire - Hanover police are currently conducting an investigation into the death of a Dartmouth College student who was found deceased in the Connecticut River over the weekend. The student has been identified as 20-year-old Won Jang from Delaware, who was reported missing on Sunday afternoon. According to witnesses and New Hampshire Fish and Game, Jang was last seen around 9:30 p.m. on the previous night at an informal gathering near the Dartmouth boathouse docks.

Initial search efforts focused on the immediate vicinity of the river, as personal items belonging to Jang were found nearby, suggesting he had not ventured far. After four hours of searching, dive teams discovered Jang's lifeless body approximately 65 feet away from the shore.
