**Federal Judge Returns Elon Musk's $1 Million Giveaway Case to State Court**

In a recent judicial decision, a federal judge in Pennsylvania has redirected a lawsuit targeting Elon Musk and his political action committee (PAC) back to state court. The suit, initiated by Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner, challenges the legality of a $1 million daily cash giveaway aimed at voters in swing states. This ruling comes one day after Musk and his America PAC successfully moved the case to federal court.

Krasner's lawsuit contends that the cash giveaways, which favor Donald Trump over Kamala Harris, constitute an illegal lottery under Pennsylvania law. The federal judge, Gerald Pappert, dismissed arguments from Musk’s legal team that the case should remain in federal court due to its implications for the upcoming federal presidential election. Judge Pappert noted that jurisdiction is determined by the nature of the legal issues, which in this instance, originate under state law.

Krasner's office welcomed the decision, stating that it aligns with their position that the PAC's attempt to shift the case to federal court was against legal principles. John Summers, representing Krasner's office, expressed anticipation for a state court hearing to potentially issue an emergency order to halt the $1 million lottery.

With the case now back in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, Krasner is positioned to seek a swift injunction to prevent any further $1 million giveaways to Pennsylvania voters, a move that could significantly impact the promotional activities of Musk's America PAC in the crucial swing state.
