A red 1998 Ford Explorer, driven by Crystal Galvan, 47, of Liberty, was travelling west on I-40 when it suddenly veered to the right and collided with a white 2022 Toyota Tacoma.

The crash resulted in a temporary closure of the westbound lanes of I-40 as emergency responders and law enforcement worked to clear the scene and conduct their investigation. Traffic delays were reported in the area during the closure.

This incident serves as a tragic reminder of the importance of practicing safe driving habits and remaining alert on the road. The Greensboro Police Department urges all motorists to exercise caution and adhere to traffic laws to ensure the safety of themselves and others.
