The Houthis in Yemen launched a ballistic missile intercepted over the Dead Sea area, and Iranian-backed militias in Iraq regularly launch attack drones at Israel, leading to frequent aerial battles. Amidst these developments, the Biden administration has controversially halted a shipment of heavy-duty D9 bulldozers to Israel, citing concerns over destruction.

As negotiations for a ceasefire in Lebanon progress, the conditions discussed include a 60-day fire pause with efforts to remove Hezbollah from Southern Lebanon villages. Despite potential U.S. and Russian involvement, figures like Benny Gantz oppose the ceasefire, suggesting it could merely delay further conflict. Meanwhile, the IDF continues to expand ground operations in Southern Lebanon, finding hidden Hezbollah infrastructure that points to long-term strategic planning.
