A growing number of people are planning to take legal action against Sean "Diddy" Combs, with accusations now coming from 120 individuals, including 25 who were minors at the time of the alleged incidents. The lawsuits center around claims of sexual assault, and these accusations include harrowing accounts from individuals who were as young as nine years old.

Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, representing over 100 of the accusers, revealed that some of Combs' famous acquaintances are allegedly reaching settlements outside the court to avoid being named in the ensuing lawsuits. These lawsuits are expected to target various celebrities who purportedly helped cover up the sexual abuse that occurred during Combs' parties.

"If you were at one of these parties and knew about or participated in the abusive activities, or helped cover it up, you are in trouble," Buzbee stated during an appearance on TMZ Live. He further explained that the plan involves taking legal actions against multiple A-list celebrities, although he refrained from naming any individuals at this stage. Buzbee mentioned that several celebrities have already settled the matters privately.

Buzbee announced the filing of a class-action suit against Combs on October 1. According to him, the alleged abuse began as early as 1991 and continued into 2024, with reported incidents occurring in various states, including California, Florida, Georgia, and New York.

The shocking details of the accusations include victims who were just 9, 14, and 15 years old when the alleged abuse happened. Buzbee described these revelations as deeply disturbing during a press conference.

Combs’ legal team has strongly denied all allegations. Erica Wolff, an attorney representing Combs, issued a statement emphasizing that Combs categorically denies any claims of sexual abuse, including those involving minors, and looks forward to clearing his name in court.

Sean "Diddy" Combs was arrested on September 16 and subsequently charged with sex trafficking crimes. He remains in custody after his attempts to secure bail were denied. Authorities allege that Combs operated a criminal enterprise through his business ventures, involving a range of abusive behaviors to satisfy his sexual desires.

Combs and his associates are accused of using tactics like intimidation and coercion to lure female victims into sexual situations under the guise of romantic relationships. The indictment claims these acts often involved male commercial sex workers and were referred to as "Freak Offs" by Combs.
