### Mocking Trump Statues Emerge in Portland and Philadelphia

Statues mocking former President Donald Trump have surfaced in multiple cities, adding a controversial yet eye-catching element to public spaces. In Portland, a statue of Trump was placed alongside the well-known bronze nude figure located at Southwest 6th Avenue between Alder and Morrison streets over the weekend. The piece’s pedestal was inscribed with a notorious quote from Trump's "Access Hollywood" interview, where he boasted about sexual misconduct.

The statue in Portland did not last long in its spot. It was beheaded and subsequently removed by the end of the day on Monday. This act of vandalism and the swift removal highlight the polarizing nature of Trump's legacy and the contentious public reaction to such installations.

Philadelphia experienced a similar occurrence later in the week. On Wednesday, a gold-colored statue of Trump appeared near a statue of a nude woman, echoing the setup seen in Portland. The base of this statue also featured the same contentious quote from the "Access Hollywood" recording. City workers in Philadelphia did not waste time either, removing the statue the same day it was discovered.

These incidents in Portland and Philadelphia illustrate the ongoing and visible discord surrounding Trump's persona and past actions, reflecting a divided public sentiment engaging through provocative acts of art and protest.
