### Community Grieves and Reflects Amid Ongoing Investigation into Crash

At a makeshift memorial close to the crash site, somber visitors laid flowers and took time to mourn the loss on Wednesday. Overwhelmed by emotions, they chose not to speak with KHOU 11 News about their feelings.

In the meantime, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) continues to investigate the incident. The agency met with the air tour company involved in the crash on Wednesday. However, the company has not yet responded to inquiries from KHOU 11 News. The NTSB announced that a preliminary report on the crash will be available within the next 30 days.

Local authorities have now concluded their work at the crash site, having mainly cleared the area by Tuesday. Responsibility for the removal of the destroyed tower now lies with the property’s owners. To ensure the site's security, a private security firm has been employed to monitor the location.

During a Houston City Council meeting on Wednesday, council members expressed their condolences and gratitude that the situation did not escalate further. District H Councilmember Mario Castillo, representing the area where the incident occurred, remarked, "Remembering those that were lost. And, you know, I’m thankful that more folks were not impacted by that and properties and that the fire department, police department responded so swiftly."

As the NTSB's investigation proceeds, the community remains united in grief, keenly awaiting answers and hoping for closure.
