### Bengals and Procter & Gamble Forge New Community Partnership

The Cincinnati Bengals and Procter & Gamble have announced an exciting new partnership that unites two key pillars of the Cincinnati community, marking P&G as an Official Partner of the NFL team. This collaboration involves P&G stepping up as the presenting sponsor for multiple community initiatives, including the Bengals Girls FLAG Football program. This initiative aims to boost the participation of women, particularly high school female athletes, in the increasingly popular sport of flag football.

The deal between these Cincinnati staples will also feature significant media, content, and branding integrations throughout Paycor Stadium. "We are honored to announce our partnership with Procter & Gamble and its storied brands," stated Bengals Chief Partnership Officer Lacy Ekert. "It's incredible to collaborate in support of our community, and we appreciate their involvement in Bengals Girls FLAG Football, which helps us grow the sport in the Greater Cincinnati area."

Procter & Gamble, the world's largest consumer goods company headquartered in Cincinnati, is renowned for its iconic brands that have a significant impact on everyday life. "As a longstanding sponsor of the NFL, we are pleased to have a partnership with our hometown Cincinnati Bengals and continue P&G's commitment to supporting the communities in which we live and work," commented Janet Fletcher, Senior Director of Sports Marketing at P&G.

The Bengals also see this partnership as a strategic alignment of values and community-focused goals. "This partnership with Procter & Gamble is an exciting opportunity to further unite two forward-thinking organizations built on a legacy of innovation and combine our shared passion for the Greater Cincinnati community," expressed Bengals Director of Strategy and Engagement Elizabeth Blackburn. "P&G has a rich history of supporting sports here in Cincinnati and on the global stage, and we are proud to expand our partnership with one of the city's leading companies."

Through this new alliance, both the Cincinnati Bengals and Procter & Gamble aim to foster greater community engagement, promote women's sports, and continue their tradition of excellence and support within the Cincinnati area.
