### Trump Media Executives Allegedly Ousted Over Mismanagement Complaints

High-ranking executives at Donald Trump’s media company were reportedly forced to resign following allegations of CEO Devin Nunes's mismanagement. ProPublica reports that these executives were dismissed after raising complaints about Nunes's handling of Trump Media and Technology Group.

Nunes, a former Republican congressman and now CEO of Trump Media, was the subject of a whistleblower complaint accusing him of financial misconduct, hiring foreign contractors, and interfering with product development. The complaint also came after Ken Griffin's Citadel Securities labeled Nunes a "proverbial loser," further linking his management to the poor performance of Trump Media's stock.

According to ex-employees, Chief Operating Officer Andrew Northwall and Chief Product Officer Sandro De Moraes were among those forced out in retaliation. The Securities and Exchange Commission disclosed Northwall's resignation last month, while Northwall himself confirmed his departure on Truth Social, citing a desire to focus on his family and entrepreneurial pursuits. De Moraes has yet to comment publicly, though his Truth Social bio now lists him as the "Former Chief Product Officer" of Trump Media.

Trump Media, responding to the ProPublica report, dismissed the allegations as baseless and politically motivated, accusing the news outlet of defamation and fabrication. The company also hired a lawyer to probe the whistleblower claims, and several employees were reportedly pushed out after being interviewed.

Additional staff members, including a human resources director and a producer designer, were also among those ousted. Trump Media's stock has seen fluctuating fortunes, often driven by individual investors. Shares of Trump Media & Technology, also known as TMTG, fell significantly last month but saw a minor rise to $16.20 before Friday's market opening.
