### Diddy Faces New Lawsuit Alleging Drug-Induced Assault and Coercion
Music mogul Diddy is facing another lawsuit, with claims emerging from a woman alleging a series of troubling encounters in 2021 and 2022. According to the lawsuit, these encounters spanned across Los Angeles, New York, and Miami, where the woman stated she was coerced and harassed by Diddy's staff to attend arranged meetings with the rapper.
The allegations include physical abuse and forced drug consumption, including the administration of ketamine. The woman claims that in July 2022, after being drugged and assaulted, she became pregnant and was subsequently harassed by associates of Diddy to get an abortion, a pregnancy which ended in a miscarriage.
The lawsuit mentions that Diddy continued contacting her until July 2024. This case adds to the growing list of accusations against the rapper, including a recent lawsuit filed by Thalia Graves, who alleges that she was raped by Diddy and his head of security, Joseph Sherman, at the Bad Boy Records studios in New York in 2001.
Currently, Diddy is detained in Brooklyn awaiting trial on federal sex trafficking charges. The prosecution alleges that he ran a nefarious empire involving sexual exploitation, protected by blackmail and excessive violence. His arrest took place at a Manhattan hotel.
Prosecutors have uncovered striking evidence, including claims that Diddy organized prolonged drug-fueled sexual events known as "Freak Offs" where participants required medical intervention due to exhaustion. A substantial collection of baby oil bottles was allegedly found during property searches. Furthermore, there are accusations of women being pressured and threatened with video leaks of their involvement in these activities.
Among the evidence cited in the indictment is an attack on his former girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie, captured on video released by CNN. While Diddy's lawyer, Agnifilo, admitted that the artist had engaged in drug use and had toxic relationships, it was argued that the alleged actions stemmed from consensual ties, particularly referencing his long-term relationship with Cassie.
Prosecutor Emily Johnson countered by highlighting a broader pattern of intimidation and abuse, supporting the detainment of Diddy with an extensive list of over 50 interviewed victims and witnesses. Text messages indicating coercion and threats were presented, including a chilling message from a woman recounting being dragged by her hair down a hallway.
The array of evidence and testimonies presented by the prosecution aims to establish a methodical effort by Diddy to exploit and harm victims, leveraging his business ventures to facilitate these alleged crimes.
