The Pennsylvania native, who has been actively campaigning for Kamala Harris in his home state, aimed his message at a specific demographic that the GOP has been courting.
"Some of you folks, guys mostly, who are thinking about attending a rally with Musk and Trump - they don't really respect you. They laugh at you behind your back. They think you’re stupid," Keaton stated emphatically in his video. "They don't want to hang out with you. They have nothing in common with you. They're not your bros."
Keaton highlighted Trump's infamous claim that he could shoot someone on Fifth Avenue and still retain voter support as an example of the contempt he believes Trump holds for his followers. "Basically, what he's saying in parentheses is people are so stupid. They're so dumb, they'd still vote for me. They have no respect for you, trust me," Keaton argued.
This critique comes as Elon Musk has been headlining his own events in Pennsylvania, further pushing to consolidate support among male voters, especially after making a joint appearance with Trump at a rally earlier this month.
Keaton, using his complete name Michael Keaton Douglas on Instagram, has taken a proactive stance in influencing the outcome of the vote in Pennsylvania, a crucial swing state in the upcoming elections.
