By 8 p.m. ET, conditions are expected to deteriorate in parts of New England as the snow intensifies. Although this storm is not classified as a blizzard, low visibility could pose issues for drivers, and caution is advised.

Snowfall is predicted to continue throughout the night across most of the Northeast. Along coastal areas, the snow may become slushy as it transitions to rain. The heaviest snowfall is anticipated overnight.
