Two Pilots Identified in Tragic Small Plane Crash in Florida Everglades

According to detectives with the Broward Sheriff's Office (BSO), one of the pilots was identified as Khadim Kebe, a 37-year-old resident of Austin, Texas. The other pilot was identified as Mohamed Badenjki, a 51-year-old from North Miami Beach.
The incident was reported on Wednesday when officials received a notification about a possible missing aircraft. The plane had taken off from an airport in Florida at approximately 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, but it went off the radar at around 6:45 p.m.
After an intensive search, the BSO located the downed single-engine Cessna plane floating in the water. Tragically, the bodies of both Kebe and Badenjki were found inside the wreckage, according to officials.
