According to the National Weather Service, the heaviest rain is anticipated to hit Orange, western Riverside, and southwestern San Bernardino counties on Monday. According to meteorologists, northern San Diego County is expected to receive between 2.5 and 3.25 inches of rain between Monday and Wednesday. Central and southern areas of the county can anticipate rainfall ranging from 1.5 to 2.5 inches. In the mountains of San Diego County, precipitation is projected to range from 1.5 to 4 inches, while the deserts should receive up to one inch of rain.

Showers are expected to persist throughout the week, but weather conditions are anticipated to improve by the start of next week, with fair and warm weather returning.
