New Hampshire - Rep. Elise Stefanik, representing Upstate New York, has emerged as a prominent campaign surrogate for Donald Trump in his potential 2024 presidential bid. Speaking at an event in Londonderry, Stefanik expressed her enthusiasm to serve as his Vice President and criticized rival Nikki Haley as a "non-starter" for the position. The event took place amid speculation that Stefanik is being considered as a potential VP pick for Trump.

Stefanik, a staunch supporter of Trump who was the first member of Congress to endorse him for his re-election, spoke highly of the former president's decision-making abilities. Trusting him to make the right choice for his running mate, Stefanik stated, "He's going to look for qualities that he thinks are important." She further expressed her desire to serve in a Trump administration in any capacity, emphasizing her dedication to winning the upcoming election.

Regarding Haley, who is also seen as a potential VP contender, Stefanik criticized her for attacking Trump on a regular basis, rendering her an unfit choice in Stefanik's eyes. "It's a non-starter for voters," she confidently stated, suggesting that the attacks would not resonate with those supporting Trump.

Although Trump has announced that he has made his VP decision, the details remain undisclosed. Stefanik assured The Post that she would work for Trump in any administrative role, promising to do everything possible to secure a victory in the November election. Her unwavering loyalty and support for Trump have earned her great popularity within the MAGA base.

During her campaign swing, Stefanik connected with voters by highlighting the shared concerns between New Hampshire and her home state of New York. She further emphasized the need for unity among House Republicans and urged all GOP candidates to withdraw from the race, rallying behind Trump as the party's unified choice.

Stefanik also addressed the pressing issue of record-breaking migration at the northern border, emphasizing its relevance for both her home district and New Hampshire. Calling for increased support for Trump's border control policies, she urged voters to pay attention to candidates who have not yet endorsed him.

Stefanik's strong support for Trump was bolstered by an important endorsement from former 2024 presidential candidates Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) and Vivek Ramaswamy. This endorsement, combined with the momentum gained from Trump's victory in the Iowa caucus, positions him favorably in New Hampshire.

While keeping the details of her future plans with Trump private, Stefanik did mention that she maintains regular communication with the former president. Trump is set to hold rallies throughout New Hampshire in the coming days, leading up to the primary on Tuesday.

As the political landscape unfolds, Rep. Elise Stefanik continues to showcase her unwavering support for Donald Trump and his potential 2024 campaign, connecting with voters and emphasizing the need for unity within the Republican Party.
