In a recent turn of events, Hollywood legend Al Pacino and his girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, have settled their custody battle over their infant son, Roman. The couple, who have been the subject of tabloid speculation, have managed to find common ground and restore peace in their relationship.
Last month, Alfallah filed for full physical custody of Roman, raising questions about the state of their union. However, according to "Page Six," it appears that all is well between the couple. They have resolved their differences and reached an agreement on custody, visitation schedules, and child support.
Alfallah had initially requested joint legal custody of Roman, allowing Pacino "reasonable visitation" privileges and involvement in major parenting decisions. Despite considering Roman as "really special," Pacino has agreed to designate Alfallah as the primary caretaker. The court filing also included a signed document confirming their biological parentage.
A recent update from "Page Six" shared that the couple has reached an amicable resolution. They have agreed on custody arrangements, visitation schedules, and child support payments. Pacino will pay Alfallah's legal fees, and both parties have waived their right to contest parenthood in court.
The child support agreement reportedly includes a monthly payment of $30,000, along with a one-time payment of $100,000. Additionally, Pacino will deposit an annual sum of $15,000 into an account for Roman's future education. TMZ revealed that Pacino may also be responsible for an additional payment of $90,000, depending on his earnings, at the end of the year. Furthermore, he will be obligated to cover any medical expenses not covered by insurance.
Despite concerns about the stability of their relationship, the publicist for Pacino confirmed that the couple is still together. Paparazzi have spotted them enjoying date nights and dining together. While the purpose of Alfallah's custody filing remains unclear, the publicist stated that it is a question for her.
With this custody agreement now in place, Pacino and Alfallah can focus on raising their son Roman in a harmonious and supportive environment. Fans and well-wishers are relieved to see that the couple has resolved their differences and are committed to co-parenting their "really special" child.
