In the wake of Cassie's bombshell lawsuit against hip-hop music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs, a fourth woman has come forward with allegations of sexual assault and sex trafficking. The woman, whose identity remains undisclosed, filed a lawsuit on Wednesday in New York federal court accusing Combs, along with Harve Pierre, former president of Bad Boy Records, and another unnamed person of engaging in these heinous acts.

According to the lawsuit, the woman claims that she was a teenager at the time of the incident and was subjected to gang rape and sex trafficking by Combs and his associates. The alleged assault occurred in 2003 when she was 17 years old, while Combs was 34. The lawsuit was filed under the Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Law, which allows survivors of gender-motivated violence, including sexual abuse, to file civil claims until March 2025.

The woman is represented by the same attorney as Cassie, who recently settled her lawsuit against Diddy. Speaking on behalf of his client, the attorney stated that Combs and Pierre preyed on a vulnerable high school student as part of a sex trafficking scheme. The lawsuit alleges that the defendants plied her with drugs and alcohol, and transported her by private jet to New York City, where she was subsequently gang raped at Combs' studio.

This new lawsuit adds to the mounting legal troubles for Diddy, who is now facing multiple accusations of sexual assault. Prior to this latest lawsuit, two other women had come forward with similar allegations against the music mogul.

The second accuser filed her lawsuit just before the expiration of the New York Adult Survivors Act, which grants adult sexual assault survivors one year to sue regardless of the original statute of limitations. Her lawsuit claims that Combs drugged her, sexually assaulted her, and surreptitiously recorded and shared a video of the assault without her consent. The accuser stated that she felt compelled to step forward after learning of Cassie's allegations against Combs.

On the same day, a third lawsuit was filed, accusing Combs and R&B singer Aaron Hall of sexually assaulting a woman during the early 1990s at Hall's apartment. This lawsuit was also filed due to the expiration of the New York Adult Survivors Act.

Despite the settlement with Cassie and his subsequent resignation from Revolt, Diddy continues to vehemently deny any wrongdoing. In a statement released on X, he declared that he had endured enough false accusations that were solely motivated by financial gain.

As these lawsuits progress, the survivor advocacy movement gains momentum, highlighting the importance of supporting victims and holding individuals accountable for their actions.
