WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch, also known as Sunny, has been sentenced to 17 years in jail for her involvement in a car accident that led to the death of a 75-year-old man. The sentencing comes three months after Sytch pleaded no contest to the charges, including a count of DUI causing death.

The incident occurred in March 2022 near Ormond Beach in Florida. Sytch was driving a Sedan when she crashed into a vehicle driven by Julian Lasseter, who had stopped at a red light. Police reported that Sytch's blood alcohol level was over three times the legal limit at the time of the accident. As a result, Sytch has been behind bars since March 2022.

The sentencing includes a 10-and-a-half-year sentence for driving with a suspended license causing death and an additional seven years for DUI manslaughter. In addition, Sytch has been given eight years of probation and her driving license has been permanently revoked.

This is not the first time Sytch has faced time in jail. In 2013, she served 114 days after being arrested for assaulting her boyfriend and violating parole conditions. During that period, she was diagnosed with cervical cancer and received treatment while in prison.

In 2019, Sytch was arrested in New Jersey, leading to a year-long prison sentence for DUI and other driving offenses. Upon her release, she turned to OnlyFans for income. She had previously ventured into the adult entertainment industry, starring in the adult film 'Sunny Side Up' in 2016.

Sytch's career in the WWE spanned from 1994 to 1998. She entered the wrestling industry with the support of her long-time boyfriend Chris Candido, who tragically passed away in 2005.

With her latest sentencing, Sytch's future in wrestling and other ventures remains uncertain.
