Grabska, a mother of two, alleged that the accident prevented her from working for five years and performing household chores.

The Irish High Court reviewed evidence that included a photo of Grabska throwing a 5-foot spruce tree during the event, which the judge, Carmel Stewart, described as a "very graphic picture." Additionally, video footage from the previous year showed her playing with a Dalmatian in a dog park for over an hour.

After reviewing the photos and video, the judge dismissed Grabska's case, stating, "I cannot but conclude the claims were entirely exaggerated." Despite the evidence, Grabska denied faking her injuries in court, stating she was "trying to live a normal life."

The legal battle came to an end following the court's decision, with Grabska losing the lawsuit seeking over $800,000 in damages for lost income and pain and suffering. Fox News Digital contacted Grabska's attorneys but did not receive an immediate response.
