Navalny's widow, Yulia Navalnaya, is calling for the return of his remains, alleging foul play in his death. The Kremlin has dismissed these claims as unfounded. Russia is already under significant sanctions, and the forthcoming package is expected to further target Putin and those involved in Navalny's demise. The announcement comes following Biden's previous sanctions against Russia in December.
