Former Trump White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson, represented by her attorney William H. Jordan, has pushed back against allegations made by one of the House Republicans' key impeachment witnesses, Tony Bobulinski. In response to Bobulinski's statements before the House Oversight Committee, where he referred to Hutchinson as a "liar and a fraud," Hutchinson's attorney shared a photo of an alleged encounter between Bobulinski and former White House chief of Staff Mark Meadows. Bobulinski, a former business associate of Hunter Biden, has been critical of the Biden family and is a significant witness in the impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden.

Hutchinson's attorney, in a letter addressed to Rep. Jamie Raskin and Republican chairman James Comer, refuted Bobulinski's claims about an incident involving Meadows. The letter stated that Bobulinski's memory might be impaired and provided a photo taken by Hutchinson at the time of the encounter, showing Bobulinski wearing a hat and a black mask meeting with Meadows between SUVs at night.

Bobulinski, during his testimony, denied wearing a ski mask during the encounter with Meadows and refuted Hutchinson's account in her book, "Enough." Despite Bobulinski's claims, Hutchinson stands by what she witnessed that night and documented in her book. An attorney for Bobulinski, Jesse Binnall, has indicated that Hutchinson will have the opportunity to share her story in court.

The response from Hutchinson's attorney comes after a letter from Raskin criticizing Bobulinski's testimony as "chaotic" and lacking evidence of wrongdoing by President Biden. Stefan Passantino, Bobulinski's attorney, expressed shock and disgust at the questioning of Bobulinski's motives, patriotism, and sincerity in providing evidence of the Biden family's business dealings.

Following Bobulinski's testimony, Comer highlighted Bobulinski's statement that Joe Biden was "the brand" the Bidens utilized to benefit the family financially. The back-and-forth between Bobulinski and Hutchinson underscores the contentious nature of the ongoing impeachment inquiry and the conflicting testimonies provided.
