A pair of photos circulating on social media claim to show former President Donald Trump wearing a "girdle" during an appearance at "Sneaker Con" over the weekend. Trump briefly took the stage at the event on Saturday to launch custom Trump-branded sneakers known as the "Never Surrender High-Tops," priced at $399. The limited-edition sneakers quickly sold out on a website that also sells Trump-branded cologne and perfume.

During his speech at the event, Trump brought a crying supporter on stage, with the woman pleading for support and expressing admiration for him as a "good Christian" and "honest man." Following this moment, attorney and Trump critic Ron Filipkowski shared screenshots alleging that Trump was wearing a girdle at the time, which has garnered significant attention online.

In a separate incident, Trump criticized an allegedly edited photo that made him appear larger than he is, pointing out the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) manipulation by the media. This comes after Trump previously accused the Lincoln Project of using AI-generated images of his late father to mock him.

The former President, known for sharing images of himself on social media, recently faced backlash for posting a photo showing him with six fingers, revealing it to be digitally altered. Newsweek has reached out to a representative of Trump for comment regarding these incidents.
