In a shocking turn of events, beloved "Friends" actor Matthew Perry was found dead in his Pacific Palisades home on October 28. According to a source who has seen the crime scene photos, the actor's master bedroom suite was in disarray, giving the impression that a wild party had taken place. The source described the scene as a "disaster," with clothes strewn everywhere and towels lying on the floor, indicating a state of neglect and untidiness.

While the master suite was in chaos, the rest of the house appeared clean and well-maintained. The legal source suggested that perhaps the cleaning lady was restricted from entering those specific bedrooms. This raises questions about what may have happened behind closed doors and what led to this tragic outcome.

Authorities have now arrested five people in connection with Perry's death, including his longtime assistant, Kenneth Iwamasa. It is alleged that Iwamasa administered multiple doses of ketamine to Perry in the days leading up to his death, ultimately causing his "death and serious bodily injury." Iwamasa has pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges related to distributing ketamine resulting in death.

Court documents reveal that Iwamasa obtained ketamine from various sources, amassing over $55,000 worth of the drug in the month before Perry's passing. Another individual involved, Erik Fleming, admitted in court documents that he distributed the ketamine that proved fatal for Perry.

The charges were not limited to Iwamasa, as authorities also brought charges against Jasveen Sangha, referred to as the "ketamine queen," Dr. Salvador Plasencia, and Dr. Mark Chavez. Fleming and Chavez pleaded guilty to conspiracy charges, while Plasencia and Sangha have entered not guilty pleas.

During the investigation, police extensively searched the house, examining surveillance footage from all available cameras, including the front door's ring cam. Apart from Iwamasa, none of the other defendants were seen at Perry's residence.

The crime scene indicated signs of a potential cover-up, with the bedroom and bathroom appearing ransacked. Items such as syringes and drugs were allegedly disposed of, and Iwamasa made a call to Sangha for guidance on how to remove the evidence before alerting emergency services.

As the case unfolds, authorities remain determined to uncover the truth surrounding Matthew Perry's untimely death. The testimonies of the other defendants are expected to shed further light on the events leading up to this devastating loss.

The investigation into Perry's death serves as a reminder of the dangers and consequences associated with substance abuse, highlighting the need for continued awareness and support for those struggling with addiction.
