### Christina and Josh Hall's Divorce Takes a Tumultuous Turn with Allegations of Theft

The ongoing divorce between Christina Hall and Josh Hall has taken a contentious turn, as Christina accuses her soon-to-be ex-husband of theft. Court documents obtained by the Daily Mail reveal that Josh filed a temporary emergency order to halt the sale of their Franklin, Tennessee home, valued at $4.5 million.

Josh claims he proposed a global settlement offer to Christina, which she flatly refused, proceeding to list the property despite his objections. The documents disclose that Josh resided in the house for 12 days last month when it was unoccupied but has now relocated to another property in Tennessee, where he claims his living expenses have surged, causing him significant hardship.

In his filings, Josh asserts that Christina, 41, listed the property without his consent on September 23 and neglected to secure a court order. Despite being the sole owner of the estate, Christina purchased the property in 2021 before their marriage. Josh argues that the property has gained value due to mortgage payments made during their marriage and that selling it now would be unfair to him, given the rising property values in Tennessee.

Josh purportedly discovered the home's listing through social media and confronted Christina, whose refusal to unlist the property led to further disputes. He alleged that they had agreed he would live at the Franklin estate while Christina would retain exclusive use of their Newport Beach, California home.

"My relocation to Tennessee was significantly influenced by our agreement allowing me to enjoy this property throughout our separation," Josh stated in the court filing, highlighting the financial burden he now faces due to increased living expenses.

Additionally, Josh accused Christina of excluding him from their business ventures post-separation, impacting his earnings. He suggested that Christina plans to sell the Tennessee home to fund her dream of purchasing another property in Napa Valley, California.

Christina has publicly accused Josh of attempting to steal from her and her three children, whom she shares with ex-husbands Tarek El Moussa and Ant Anstead. In a series of since-deleted social media posts, she alleged that Josh has been staying in the Tennessee home since July and is now attempting to block its sale.

Furthermore, Christina accused Josh of diverting funds from two of her separate properties and demanding an excessive amount of money despite their brief two-year marriage. Josh's representative has denied these allegations, criticizing Christina for addressing their divorce proceedings on social media instead of in court.

The pair officially filed for divorce in July, and as their legal battles intensify, it appears the road to resolution remains fraught with accusations and disputes.
