The highly anticipated Street Fighter 6 Season 2 balance changes have been unveiled at the exclusive "Real Battle Hub" event in Gamagori, Japan. Players in attendance have been sharing their observations on the changes, offering a sneak peek into what fans can expect when the patch drops on May 22.

Among the reported balance adjustments, popular character Akuma has received notable updates. While players haven't had the opportunity to extensively test every character interaction, they have provided valuable insights on the changes so far.

In a compilation video by Rooflemonger, a prominent Street Fighter content creator, various alterations are discussed. One significant change is the modification to Ryu's Denjin Charge. By making it so that the charge is only consumed by his heavy and Overdrive projectiles, Ryu's zoning abilities become more unpredictable when he activates his Denjin Charge. A similar implementation has also been applied to his Hashogeki special move.

Rooflemonger delves into the balance changes for other characters as well, including Ryu, Jamie, Rashid, Chun-Li, A.K.I., E. Honda, Lily, Juri, Marisa, Kimberly, and JP. However, it should be noted that there may be undiscovered changes and everything mentioned is subject to further adjustment before the official release.

As the "Real Battle Hub" event wraps up tomorrow, Street Fighter enthusiasts eagerly await the patch's arrival on May 22. These balance changes are expected to bring fresh dynamics to the game, ensuring an exciting experience for both casual and competitive players alike.
