Schalow asserted that there had been no changes in Chipotle's portion sizes and emphasized that proper portioning practices were reinforced with employees. She also highlighted that Chipotle has always offered customizable meals, allowing customers to specify their desired portions from a wide range of ingredients.
Schalow encouraged guests to provide feedback if their experience did not meet expectations, stating, "Our intentions are to provide a great experience every time, and if we did not deliver on our value, we want our guests to reach out so we can make it right."
Chipotle, known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, might face the challenge of addressing these concerns raised by Keith Lee and other customers.
