The lawsuit, filed in Harris County where promoter Live Nation is headquartered, includes Brown, Live Nation, and rappers Sinko Ceej, Hood Boss, and Yella Beezy as defendants.

According to the lawsuit, the four Denton County men claim that Brown and his entourage surrounded them after the show on July 20. Allegedly, chairs were thrown at them and they were repeatedly kicked, stomped, and beaten. The plaintiffs assert that the attack was unprovoked, as they were invited backstage to Brown's VIP area after his 11:11 Tour show.

The incident reportedly started when one of the men, Charles Bush, shook Brown's hand and complimented him on his performance. A member of Brown's entourage then reminded him of a previous feud with Bush, to which Brown allegedly responded, "I don't forget s***." The lawsuit states that Brown then instructed his entourage to "f*** [Bush] up," leading to the assault on all four men.

The lawsuit describes the attack as a "brutal, violent assault" that caused severe injuries to the plaintiffs. One of the men had to be hospitalized, while the other three required medical treatment.

This is not the first time Chris Brown has been involved in a violent incident. The singer has previously pleaded guilty to felony assault of his then-girlfriend, Rihanna. TMZ reports that Brown is now named as a suspect in a battery investigation.

Attorney Tony Buzbee, based in Houston, is representing the clients in the lawsuit. Apart from seeking a temporary restraining order against Brown and the other musicians, the men are suing for no less than $50 million, including compensation for pain and suffering, mental anguish, and medical expenses.
