In a harrowing revelation, a former assistant to the rapper Ye, previously known as Kanye West, has accused him of drugging and raping her during a studio session co-hosted with Sean "Diddy" Combs in Santa Monica, California. The allegations were brought to light through newly filed court documents in Los Angeles Superior Court, as reported by The New York Post and The Daily Mail.

The accuser, Lauren Pisciotta, had earlier filed a lawsuit in June accusing the rapper of wrongful termination and sexual harassment. Pisciotta claims that Ye specifically sought her and her former unnamed musician client before inviting them to the studio event. According to the court filing, Ye insisted that attendees must drink a beverage to remain at the event. Pisciotta recalled feeling disoriented and entering a highly impaired state after consuming a few sips.

The following day, Pisciotta says she had no recollection of the previous night and felt immense shame and embarrassment. Her ex-client was reportedly too traumatized and disturbed to discuss the events of that night. The lawsuit states that this incident allegedly occurred years before Pisciotta began working for Ye between 2021 and 2022.

Pisciotta said she had no recollection or awareness of any sexual assault occurring at the time. However, she alleges that Ye mentioned to her before her termination in 2022 that they "did kind of hook up a little one time" at the studio, making light of the situation. She also claims Ye told his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, about their encounter but omitted the "true nature and severity of what he did to her."

In a shocking claim, Pisciotta recounted that upon informing Ye she couldn't remember the night, he laughed it off, suggesting that "women love to say they don't remember." The allegations extend to Ye sending unsolicited nude photos and masturbating while on phone calls with her.

Ye’s representative vehemently denied these allegations in a statement to The Washington Post, describing them as "baseless." They accused Pisciotta of pursuing Ye sexually in hopes of securing employment and material benefits, and later resorting to blackmail and extortion when her advances were supposedly rejected.

HuffPost has attempted to reach Ye’s representatives for further comment, but no response has been received yet.
