Sean "Diddy" Combs is now facing additional legal challenges, with five more people suing him for sexual assault, including allegations from a woman who claims she was drugged and raped when she was just 13 years old. These new lawsuits add to an increasingly troubling narrative surrounding the rapper, who has already been named in similar lawsuits.
Among the new plaintiffs is a woman, referred to as Jane Doe, who claims that in September 2000, when she was 13, she was drugged and raped by Diddy and another celebrity. According to court documents, Doe was taken to a large house filled with celebrities after a limousine driver, who allegedly worked for Diddy, lured her there with the promise of getting into an afterparty for the MTV Video Music Awards. At the house, Doe accepted a single drink, after which she quickly felt woozy and sought privacy in a bedroom. She alleges that Diddy and two celebrities entered the room, where she was subsequently assaulted.
In another case, a 29-year-old singer and producer accuses the rapper of drugging and raping her at a house party in New York in December 2022. This Jane Doe claims she attended the party with friends, declined offers to consume drugs, but accepted a glass of wine. After being invited to discuss her music career in Diddy's office, Doe alleges she began to lose consciousness and was assaulted. Upon regaining consciousness, she found evidence of assault, including blood and bruising, and noticed her personal belongings were missing.
A male personal trainer also filed a lawsuit, alleging that on June 27, 2022, he was sexually assaulted at a party hosted by Diddy in Los Angeles. The trainer, referred to as John Doe, claims he was given a drink that made him disoriented, after which he was taken to a room with several individuals engaged in sexual activities. He alleges that Diddy and others sexually assaulted him while he was incapacitated.
Another John Doe, an owner of a luxury rental business, has accused Diddy of assault at a Ciroc vodka launch party in 2022. This plaintiff alleges that Diddy invited him to the party and later groped him in a private office before being interrupted by a professional athlete.
These new cases are in addition to several other lawsuits already filed against the rapper, further compounding the legal issues he faces. The plaintiffs are seeking compensatory and punitive damages for their physical and emotional suffering, adding to the growing list of allegations against Sean "Diddy" Combs.
