President Zelensky Chairs Supreme CinC Staff Meeting to Discuss F-16 Jets and Battlefield Situation

President Volodymyr Zelensky recently presided over a meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. The meeting included reports from Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi and Chief of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine Kyrylo Budanov. Discussions at the meeting covered the current operational situation in various sectors, defensive and offensive operations, and the status of ammunition and drones. Chief Budanov provided insights into the enemy's plans.
During the meeting, President Zelensky emphasized the importance of the situation in Avdiivka and the Southern directions. Avdiivka was highlighted as a new line of defense, with discussions on enemy intentions and the successful stance of Ukrainian marines at Krynky. Zelensky also mentioned a closed report presented on matters related to F-16 fighter jets, including the number and timing of the first batch, infrastructure readiness, and personnel training schedules.
The President confirmed that the meeting clarified plans for the continued training of pilots and technicians, along with the delivery schedule for additional F-16 aircraft. In a previous interview with Fox News, Zelensky acknowledged Ukraine's significant achievements since the conflict began with Russia.
